Homeschool Campfire was founded by homeschool parents who wanted a central place to post news and topics of interest to homeschoolers, with the aspiration of building a community where homeschool parents can gather communicate.

The Name

A campfire is a traditional place of communication and comfort and homeschoolers seem to love goodies like S’mores so “Homeschool Campfire” seemed like an appropriate memorable name.
